Call for Directors
A Children’s Theatre of the Mesilla Valley is seeking creative, talented directors for our upcoming season at the Historic Rio Grande Theatre in Las Cruces, NM. We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about creating theatrical magic for young audiences and working with young actors ages 5-18.
This is a paid position, not a volunteer role.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in theatre direction, particularly with youth or educational theatre
- Passion for working with children and teens
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive environment
Position Details
Rehearsals run for at least 8 weeks, 2-3 nights per week, with performances on Fridays and Saturdays at the Historic Rio Grande Theatre (211 N. Main Street).
